Psychophysical fitness and readiness are very important efficiency and productivity factors for an individual as well as for a group or a team. Team building programs are a special combination of leisure and entertainment that tend to increase productivity and efficiency of a company making their employees more satisfied, more wide open and more competent. These special daily-evening programs and games for grownups develop the way of team thinking, capability of urgent response and stiffen one’s determination – they are the key items for success – just as it is at work place.

Team activities
Are stress relief kind of team building through sport, entertainment and excitement; they also diminish monotony of daily routines. Some of the activities are: alpine rope rock climbing, relay race games, skill and accuracy games, paintball, trawling, tracking, archery, air ballooning...)
Specifics in our agency’s offer are evening programs as a part of team building. Theme programs: salsa, Wild West, studio 54, New Year’s party etc. performed by animators – professional dancers and most famous Croatian music bands.
Beside entertainment and relaxation their aim is to make contact between individuals and team cohesion as well, by dancing programs.

Team cooperation
In team cooperation targets are achieved by thinking, planning, decision making and performing which was brought as a result of cooperation of all team members. This method improves the communication and development of team spirit. Different kinds of creative contents are used here, such as costumed treasury searches in different versions, different kinds of guided walking and running, camping and surviving, raft construction, sailing ...).

Programs for development team cohesion
These programs help the team to become more efficient in making their commitments and tasks. Team development program helps with diagnosing group precise in team and finding solutions of actual problems such as conflicts inside the team, problem sin communications etc. These programs include analysis of group tasks, role of team members and strategic performance of team tasks. Psychologists provide track, support and advising the team true performance and analysis of completed tasks.
We approach to each team building program individually and we are preparing it according to the desires and suggestions of our clients and that's the reason why we define duration, place, content and other conditions are agreed according to you specific needs.

Costumed treasure search -
PIRATE ADVENTURE (costumed program)

This costumed program is unique and planned by our agency. It is a part of our offer of team building activities and it consists of orientation elements in which could be included adventurous parts (overcoming obstacles, alpine disciplines etc.) Treasure search consists of stories, riddles and maps which guests can design by them in paint workshop, and within the treasure they can conquer unforgettable experience. Participants divided in teams, are trying to find hidden treasure by solving riddles.

All teams have same tasks, but different order, and the winner is the team which solves all tasks first and finds hidden treasure. It’s also possible to organize thematically searches like pirate treasure search, where teams are rescuing the prisoner, building a bridge, dance pirate dance, climb by ropes and find captain’s treasure. According to your needs your business meeting can be fit in this program. Program is intended for smaller companies, parts of large companies, different kinds of teams and other groups which want to experience team way of working. Participants divided in teams, are trying to find hidden treasure by solving riddles.

This attractive program can be realized in various versions such as:
Boat trip (Solaris Ši.-Zlarin-Sv.Nikola-Solaris Ši.) and adrenalin treasure search on fortress Saint Nicolas in Šibenik canal (Video material can be delivered)
Attractive program can take place by day or night.
Program can be organized on other locations depending on client aspirations.

Water Olympics

is an entertainment team building program which can contain pool party or some other back up activity in case of bad weather.

This program includes:

aqua aerobic dancing school (salsa, merengue) games on the ground water games

Beside competitive this program is also entertainment because of dancing school, reward games and shows headed by our animation team.
Like other this program also can be modified according to client needs and wishes.

DAILY EVENING DANCING PROGRAMMES
Are specialties in our team building program. Theme programs (Salsa, Wild West, Studio 54, Hawaii party, New Year’s party etc.) performed by professional dancers and musicians. Beside entertainment and relaxation their aim is to make contact between individuals and team cohesion as well, by dancing program.

Dance programs can be performed in all conditions and with different contests.
Professional dancers are doing dance animation, show programs together with music bands.

Programs consists of:

	Dance animation: - show programs - dancing school with guests (active animation) - dancing with guests during concerts
