Please note that a binding reservation has been completed when BELUGA Fleet has received a down payment in full. The booking guest will then be sent out a confirmation.

Single Guests Bookings, at BELUGA Fleet, are based on double occupancy but we typically have single guests on board almost every week. Singles are welcome to book at the regular cruise fare if they are willing to share their cabin with another guest of the same gender. If a guest requires having a cabin alone, he/she is required to pay a single supplement of 80% of the full retail cruise fare. Additionally, guests who request a guaranteed single room are required to pay double the deposit to reserve the whole cabin. We do not guarantee a cabin alone to a guest who has not paid the single supplement.  Cabin Requests Our cabin rates are the same for every cabin aboard our vessel. While the cabins vary slightly, each cabin provides the same amenities, interior design and an out looking window. We make an effort to accommodate requests but can not guarantee any cabin requests until we receive your payment for the cabin of your choice. After the received payment a change of the cabin is only possible due to some kind of mechanical failure or “force major“. No refunds or adjustments will be given if you in the above mentioned cases do not receive the cabin you requested.

Itinerary change Itineraries are always weather permitting and are conducted at the sole discretion of the Capitan. Safety is always the first priority. The Captain may also vary itineraries at his discretion in an attempt to provide guests with the best diving conditions based on weather forecasts and the Captain’s predictions. We appreciate your understanding that BELUGA DIVERS has no control over the weather and even the best of Captain cannot perfectly predict seas, currents, visibility and fish activity. No refunds will be given for itineraries that are altered or canceled due to weather.

Insurance notes Make sure that your travel and health insurance covers travel arrangements and diving activities. At your request, we can arrange the insurance for you with our Insurance company. Right to refuse service We are obligated and committed to provide safe and enjoyable cruises. To facilitate our ability to provide safe and enjoyable cruises to our guests, our management reserves the right to refuse any services. This right may be exercised towards any guest whose behavior or health is believed to be a danger to him/herself or to the safety of the vessel. Also, a booking request may be denied where the guest's conduct on a prior cruise has resulted in strong negative feedback from former guests and/or crew. In addition, the management has the right to remove a guest from the vessel (where a guest seems unfit for travel); to deny air fills (where a guest seems unfit for diving); if they are seen as a risk or danger to him/herself; and finally, if any inappropriate behavior causes a disturbance or danger to others. Any illegal drug use will result in immediately being turned over to local authorities. BELUGA Fleet is not liable for its refusal to provide air fills to any guest or for its removal of any guest in accordance with these policies. In addition, BELUGA Fleet shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any guest who must leave or discontinue diving prematurely pursuant to either policy, nor shall be responsible for lodging, meals, return transportation or any other expenses incurred by the guest for any consequential or punitive damages.
