In order that you have a pleasant and hassle free holiday in Croatia good preparation is essential. BELUGA Fleet provides guidelines regarding documentation required to enter various ports and National parks along the Adriatic coast we visit. However, as documentation requirements sometimes change and vary with nationalities, please check with your authorities to be sure that you have the proper documentation required for your entry into foreign destination and your return. Please double check that you have valid documentation prior to booking your cruise.

Packing Packing for a cruising trip is much easier than packing for a land-based vacation. The climate doesn't require much more than shorts, T-shirts, and swimsuits (you may consider slacks, dress shorts or sundresses for dinner ashore and warmer clothing like a fleece jacket for colder months of the season and possible chillier evenings). Soft luggage is recommended as it takes up very little space when empty. Sun screens, sunglasses, a visor or hat is recommended. In case of rough weather or if you have a tendency towards seasickness, come prepared with motion sickness medications or Transderm patches from your doctor. If you have favorite CD's or DVD's, feel free to bring them. All linens (including sheets, bath towels and hand towels) are provided on board. If possible, pack a change of clothes and toiletries in your carry-on bag. Having these few items with you will make an unexpected luggage delay far more bearable.

Vaccinations Please check with your doctor or surgery. However, extra vaccinations for Croatia are not normally obligatory.   Smoking Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas on board. Smokers must remain in the designated smoking areas while smoking.

Communications There are 3 GSM providers in Croatia VIP net, Cronet and Tele2. You can be reached via your personal cell phone or our local ship cell phone. Check your booking information for the appropriate number. Outgoing calls may also be made. We also provide our guests with the possibility of internet connection (small internet corner). Please be aware that even though the network coverage is excellent, it is possible that at some points of the cruise we might be out of reach of the signal. Please be aware that all outgoing calls and internet usage will be charged according to pricelist you will find onboard.

On board charges Though meals and accomodation are included in your trip payment, there are additional items which you may charge to your on-board bill. These include retail items (shirts, souveniers, gas for fun activities, etc.), non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages, outgoing telephone calls, photographic and scuba instruction, film processing, rentals, National park fees, special trips, special onshore meals and events if required, crew gratitude’s , etc.

Crew Gratuities Crew gratuities are not included in your package. The crew works very hard, 7 days a week providing the best possible service for our guests. The local standard for crew gratuities on dive trips (if you are happy with the service which you have received) is 5-10% of the package price per passenger. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated.
